Caraterizou-se durante dois anos agrícolas o ecótipo de Trifolium glomeratum recolhido na flora espontânea de portugal continental. A informação registada será adicionada à plataforma Grin Global e uma amostra de semente será conservada no Banco Portugués de Germoplasma Vegetal (INIAV-Braga)
During two agricultural years, the ecotype of Trifolium glomeratum collected from the spontaneous flora of mainland Portugal was characterized. The registered information will be added to the Grin Global platform and a seed sample will be kept in the Portuguese Plant Germplasm Bank (INIAV-Braga)

Em Portugal, está regulamentado que as espécies presentes no mercado (semente pura ou enquanto componente de misturas) devem estar inscritas no Catálogo Nacional de Variedades nacional. Sendo assim, tenta-se contribuir para a disponibilização para o mercado de uma espécie autóctone bem adaptada às diferentes condições ambientais do Mediterrâneo e com diferentes possibilidades de uso. Atualemne, há poucas variedades de espécies autóctones não melhoradas inscritas no Catálogo Nacional de Variedades.In Portugal, it is regulated that the species present on the market (pure seed or as a component of mixtures) must be registered in the national Catalog of Varieties. Therefore, we try to contribute to making available to the market an autochthonous species that is well adapted to the different environmental conditions of the Mediterranean and with different possibilities of use.Currently, there are few varieties of non-improved native species registered in the Portuguese National Variety Catalog.
